    100 DU, rest 2 min, 5 rounds 7 power snatch (60 lb), 11 ring dips, rest 2 min, 100 DU

    Fun watching Rudy, Kelly and Michaelsaurus backsquat 😀
    And also fun watching the dragon tail (Paige Tucker, Paul)

  4. Terri and I played tennis for a couple of hours this afternoon. It was fun! She’s icing her elbow now. 😦

    p.s. My performance was excellent. I am “prepared for all things.”
