Today is the SQUAT CLINIC at 10am! There will be food, coffee and lots of great information about all things squatting!

There will be a workout following the clinic :mrgreen:

  1. Hey, just wanted to say thanks for the squat clinic. I think it really helped me better my form and feel stronger and more stable. Looking forward to using what I learned in a WOD. Can we do these clinics on a regular basis? I’ve got lots of stuff I’d like to improve on.

  2. Great squat clinic this morning. Thanks for offering it. Also loved the chance to hang out afterwards, drink coffee, and eat some yummy paleo food.

  8. Paleo Banana bread recipe
    4 ripe bananas
    2 to 3 cups of ground almonds
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 large egg whites
    1/4 agave nectar
    t tbsp oil
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    add dried fruit and nuts as desired
    cook at 350 until brown
