Made up Filthy Fifty today. For some reason I just really wanted to do it. I have only done it one other time back in April of 09. My time then was 29:36. I used a 35# bar for push presses then and otherwise everything else was as Rx’d. Today I used a 45# bar and did it in 29:59. I am so happy since I didn’t try to do it fast. I rested a good bit to make sure I didn’t get too gassed. Great end to the week!!
