  2. Well, TPoole has done it again – haha! I was practicing kipping HSPU at home last night, I caught my pinky toe on the wall (I have paneling that is like siding so it sticks out) and dislocated it! I popped it back in but now my foot is swollen and black and blue….smh!

    • It’s always something, isn’t it?! ICE. Your foot will be back to normal in no time!

    • Hopefully you were able to kip a few reps before this happened! Heal quickly. Ice is your friend.

  4. OMG I just weighed in at the doctor and I gained 6 pounds in one month! I think I am going to get a talking to when the doc comes in. I have not been proud of my eating habits lately!

    • With both pregnancies, I got on the scale at the doc’s office, BACKWARDS. Didn’t want to know. Just asked them to tell me if it was too much. You look awesome, so shush.

    • Yeah, I agree…don’t worry about the scale…the little one determines that!

    • ok, I’m over it. The doctor didn’t seem alarmed at all. I talked to a few people about it and decided to just let it go. I feel great and that’s what matters.


      • IT IS OK to gain weight! I mean, if I gained 6lbs in a month that is one story, but relax!! 🙂
