HQ Rest Day

  3. Took yesterday off- did yesterday’s alternate today, but posted it to yesterday.

    eating well- everything as close to paleo as it can get out here. except for the diet coke…there’s no getting past that.
    I’ve been killin some kiwi fruit and can’t find any reason why I shouldn’t. Any opinions?

    FYI- there is an ice cream and dessert bar here and it has at least 4 different cakes/pies daily with 5-8 different ice creams. I have not folded yet.

    My goal? Laura D’s body double.
