  6. Noon Growlery team workout with Latifah and Ruth. 20 min AMRAP of 400m run, push press, kb swings, and rest (my favorite part!). I used the 25# KB, and we all used 43# for the push press. Forgot to write down our reps.

    It was a good workout, though. I’m SORE this week. Back still hurts some, too. 😦

  12. back in the gym, new home is crossfit endurance in Miami. they dont follow national so its hard to compete with my atl friends but hours are odd for me. so i have to do some workouts at globo gym sometimes, this one was perfect. a week late but here it is.
