  1. My first timing actually doing the CF total

    264-132-354= 750

Press was under PR by 13lbs; DL under PR by 30lbs. So I know I have a higher total in me, but clearly wasn’t feeling it this morning!

  2. First day back after a week.

    BS: 225 (+17)
    SP: 137 (+7)
    DL: 275 (+11)
    Total: 637 (+35)

All comparisons were from CFT on 2/23/2010
Laura said I could probably go a bit higher on DL, but I was happy with today’s effort.

  3. BS: 87, 97, 104f
    SP: 55, 60pr, 65f
    DL: 154, 164, 174f
    Total: 321

    +2 from my last total

  4. Squat: 308
    Press: 176
    Dead Lift: 352
    Total: 836

Been stuck on the same numbers the last couple times.

  5. Sorry busy weekend- would love to have done this one. Maybe on monday

  6. BS 142
    SP 81
    DL 242

    Total 465 (34 lb. PR)

    • Nice PR. I was watching you doing your WOD yesterday. You were looking strong! and fast. Your hard work is paying off.

  7. Made this up on Monday, 7/26/10

    BS: 221 (PR, +1)
    SP: 100 (PR, +2)
    DL: 265 (PR, +1)

Total: 586 (That’s a PR by +35 over previous by CFT of 551 on 10/13/09)

  8. BS = 200
    SP – 98
    DL – 286

    • (Total 584)
