  1. CrossFit rest day experiment: running for pleasure. Unsuccessful!! (What was I thinking?)

    • LOL 🙂
it’s all about the company you keep…let me know next time and we’ll do some “social running”…it’s much better!

      • Yay!

  2. 50 sit-ups
    50 double-unders
    50 sit-ups
    50 walking lunge steps
    50 sit-ups
    50 burpees (with lateral jump)
    50 sit-ups

    All sit-ups were abmat, anchored.

  3. I went up to the new CrossFit O-Zone for a team wod.

    Teams of two completed:

    100 Double Unders
    50 Overhead Squat
    50 Hang Power Clean
    50 Push Press
    50 Hang Power Snatch
    50 Front Squat
    50 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
    100 Double-unders
Men 65 lb, women 45 ib
While one partner was working, the other was running 200m with a med ball (20/14)

    Our team: 29:12

    • wow, that looks fun!! good for you!

      • As we were saying yesterday – not fun while doing it…the running meant there was no rest 🙂
But fun to complete and meet some new folks!

  4. made up thursday’s wod
    100 ft walking lunge
    21 pullups
    21 situps
    100 ft lunge
    18 pull-ups
    18 situps

    14:00 rx (w/ GHD situps)

Damon challenged me to do it in 15 or less. Glad Jack was doing it with me or I’m not sure I would have. Felt good. Jack could have beat me if he really wanted – we were neck and neck until he gave me the edge by going to get a drink.

Last time I did this was April 2009 @ CFED. Time was 14:19 but with abmat situps, so this is a PR

    • great job!

    • I hope you didn’t drive him to alcohol – haha!

      • Ha! I was assuming it was water he was drinking, but could’ve been vodka!

    • time on board was actually 13:58
