“Johnson”

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
245 pound Deadlift, 9 reps
8 Muscle-ups
155 pound Squat clean, 9 reps

Rob Orlando 6 rounds, Mike McKenna 5 rounds + 9 deadlifts, Josh Everett 4 rounds + 1 clean, Elyse Umeda 4 rounds + 5 deadlifts (165lb deadlift, 105lb clean). Post rounds completed to comments.

1st Lt. Michael E. Johnson, 25, of the U.S. Marine Corps 7th Communications Battalion, 3rd Marine Headquarters Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force, headquartered in Okinawa, Japan, died September 8, 2009 while supporting combat operations in Kunar province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife Durinda Johnson.

  1. Used 132 lb for deadlift, 77 lb for squat cleans, chest to bar pullups and ring dips
    2 rounds + 9 deadlifts + 8 pullups + 11 dips

  2. 2 rounds + 9DL + 8 PU + 16 dips + 7 cleans

    I think my DL weight was 114 lb and clean weight was 44 lb. Red band for pullups and dips.

    98# squat clean
    CTP pull-ups/ring dips

    Shoulder was hurting so didn’t want to chance it with MUs or rowing MUs.

    3 rounds + 9 DL + 7 CTB pullups

  4. 3 rounds + 9 deadlifts + 8 chest-to-bar + 4 ring dips

    142 lb deadlifts
    98 lb squat cleans

  5. As RX with full turnout on each muscle up(started in full turnout). Felt under the weathe this AM so I didn’t move as quickly as I knew I could, but am content.

    4 rounds plus 9 deadlifts

  6. 3 rounds even
    200# dead-lifts
    Subbed 8 C2B / 16 ring dips for the muscle-ups
    100# squat cleans
