60 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood

    Just wanted to let you know that our very own Michaelsaurus was showcased this morning on 11 ALIVE. Seems that he’s just an awesome father and all around person, and was given a random act of kindness by the television station. New threads that he’ll have to wear to the gym sometime. 😉 Oh, and by the way, he’s also an avid salsa dancer. Always something up his sleeve.
