7 Box jumps, 30 inch box

    All but one round of push jerks unbroken.

  6. 14 rounds + 5 push jerks + 1 box jump
    40 lb dumbbells

  7. 13 even 40 lbs 30″

  8. 10 rounds + 5 with 20# DB and 15″ box.

    I did ALL the box jumps! Ha!!
