Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.

  1. Hey look! That’s me and Zeke doing KB swings this morning. He’s on round 5. I’m on round 2.

    • Somehow though your body position is making that KB look like a walk in the park.

      • Thanks, Sheryl. I actually don’t mind that picture of me…I’m in the background rather than the foreground, it’s a little blurry, and I’ve always said that everyone looks good at the top of a KB swing. 😉

    35# dumbbell for rounds 1 and 2
    25# for rest

    some of the weighted pull-ups were questionable, i will admit.

  5. 10 rounds: 8 pull (red) | 8 ring rows

    Did 10 box hops during warm up, and they were NO PROBLEM. Ha!!
