    red+tiny for pushups

    At the 20-minute mark, I had completed 9 rounds. Can’t compare to previous Cindy’s because this time I did all pushups in plank. Previously I did not do all rounds in plank.

    • of course that should say “red+tiny for pullups”

      • I was gonna say– I’d love some help on push ups!!

  3. In Palm Springs, I did a travel WOD.

    100 pushups
    100 situps
    100 squats

    20:32.3

    everything got slow at the 50 mark. Should have gone faster, but I guess that is always true. I’ll try to think of something for tomorrow. Maybe a long slow run?

    • 100 dumbbell SQ cleans for time with 55# Dumbbells!!!

  4. Opted for helen today. Wasn’t a pr day. Got 9:40…43 seconds slower than pr

    Started off my warmup by ripping through 59 consecutive double unders… a first. I was surprised, pleasantly so. And then, 4 solid muscle ups. A good, happy Friday.

  6. Did some SQ clean work and finished with 5×5 SQ Clean to 5 Front squats….These are not my strength, but they will make me stronger!!

    • Yes they will. As they say, whatever doesn’t kill you only make you stronger. May try the 100 sq cleans for time at 55#.

  8. Did the 15 rounds of Cindy: 9:54. Happy to break 10 minutes. The pullups felt weird but around round six found my rhythm again. Pushups around round 8 or 9 were broken 7/3 then squats were mostly unbroken except for the few slooooooow squats I would do as a reSt. All in all very pleased. The teal question is: could I complete 30 rounds of Cindy?????

    Pullups and squats were no problem (unbroken), but oh those push ups! 13 rds plus 5 pullups at 20 mins.

    Pullups (old red band) and squats were unbroken. All knee pushups, the hardest as usual.

    • GREAT time.
