  1. Women’s Rx weight is 80 pounds.

    Rope climbs are 15/11/8; touching the ceiling each time. Our climb is short, which is why we have to add climbs to approximate the same total distance.

  2. Slower today than last time but given that my arms are still sore to the touch from EVA I’ll take it. My new weight lifting shoes definitely helped on the Thrusters!

  3. Went up in weight by 12 lbs and still got a new PR by two-and-a-half minutes! Also noticed a slight popping in my right shoulder at full extension on thrusters, but no pain. Good to work out with Erica again — she always keeps me pushing!

  5. Looks like I’ll be tackling crossfit Boston while I’m up here. I’m not sure that I’ll be spin an HQ wod, but I’m always excited to crossfit. I’ll post my wod and results tonight.
