HQ Rest Day

    5 rounds
    40 double-unders
    30 box jumps (24″)
    20 KB swings (55#)

  2. Made up Sunday’s WOD
    10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 Dumbbell clean & jerks (30# DBs)
    1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 Weighted pull ups (25# DB)


  3. My brother came with me and we were short on time so I did Cindy with him.
    18 rounds + 2 pullups. PR!

  4. Made up Sunday’s WOD: 15 lb dumbbells; green and red bands for pull ups.

  5. I made up Saturday’s Wod (running). I was very slow, slower than normal, but I’m glad I did it.
