Five rounds for reps of:
1 min Wall ball
1 min 15 foot rope climb
Run 400m
Rest

Start each round exactly six minutes apart. Your rest period is whatever remains after the run.

Post total reps and ascents to comments.

  1. So, what is the wb rx for females (14?) and the total rope climbs = 1 rep?

    I think I might like this (minus the wb – haha!) Will be in after my two horrible meetings tomorrow afternoon (chair and then associate chair – yuk). I will definitely be ready to burn some cals.

  3. *Shoulder is out of commission, so no rope climbs today.

    Wall Balls (20 lb): 23 – 20 – 17 – 18 – 20 = 98
    Ring Rows: 30 – 29 – 25 – 28 – 27 = 139

    • Great work for an out-of-commission shoulder!

  4. Wall balls (12 lb): 21-17-20-19-19= 96
    Ring rows: 15-13-12-11-11=62

  5. About how long is this workout taking? I’m thinking of coming to power hour. (Boss is in Athens today. Yay!)

  10. Man, those rope climbs are soo tiring.

    Wallballs, 14#-21,18,13,18,14=84
    Rope Climbs-3,2,3,3,3=14

    every time I would be coming down from the 3rd climb, Damon would already be calling out 5 or 4 seconds. Just couldn’t ever get 4.

      p.s. I took my jump rope home today. A friend at work wants to see double unders. 🙂

    Did reverse order to share the rope

    Rope climbs: 4, 3, 3, 2, 2
    WB (14lb) 12, 12, 13 11, 13

    On one of the climbs, I got 3/4 way up when time was called – gack, all that wasted energy!
