    All my back squats recently (past 4 months) have been under 123…so I am really happy with my work today. Looked back to around August or so and saw that I have gotten 130 before…so no pr for me today.

    But this movement felt much better today. Found the right spot on my back that doesn’t hurt, hip didn’t hurt, kept core tight, and just felt strong today. So I am pleased. Hopefully, next time I can move past 130!

    • oh yeah…and the gym looks fantastic! I really like the makeover-it feels so open!

  14. ugh, I hate not having CFRX. GSU gym is just not the same. did cindy today, got 16 rounds.

  15. Started doing back squats, but a pulled neck muscle wouldn’t allow me to go very far. Michael ran me through a grueling TABATA squat workout instead. Thanks Michael!

    This is the first time in my life I have squatted more than my own body weight. Last time this was up I think I maxed at 135 or something like that. Love the progression.
