    Not sure if I’ve ever done DL triples before so I’ll call it a PR. Previous 1RM was 264 back in the summer.

      Today PR’d with 220 x 3. Also up 20# from my last attempt over a year ago. 1 RM 230 10/2009.

  3. First time doing DL triples. Previous single PR was 145 and I surpassed that a little. I felt *so* strong when I started out– then Damon corrected my math! 🙂

    148×2 F (I think the first one was pretty good so 148 is my new 1RM)

  4. Had to take advantage of this beautiful day. Ran 5.9 miles/49:47 (8:26 pace)

  5. Did this on 1/20 220-264-308-308 (1 rep) -242.

  6. Highest weight was 164 lbs.
