5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

    12 rounds + 5 pull-ups + 4 push-ups

    13 rounds + 5 pull-ups (8/24/09)
    14 rounds + 2 pull-ups (7/30/09)
    16 rounds + 3 pull-ups (6/9/09)

    Not thrilled with the downward trajectory (although doing Cindy the day after Angie certainly didn’t help). Plan to get back to 16+ in the new year. Push-ups are definitely the problem.

    Mary (Rx): 5 rounds + 5 HSPUs + 7 pistols

    blue+tiny for pullups (same as last time)
    rds 1-3 plank pushups(last time r1-2 in plank)

    On 11/10 I got 13rds+5+3 so I didn’t do as well today. But I did add a round of plank pushups AND I’m recovering from a sore throat and head cold…frankly I did better than I expected to do.

    16 rounds + 5 pullups + 6 pushups

    One round less than last time but this is due to the increased range of motion on the pushups and the totally ripped up hands from Angie yesterday…pullups were a definite problem today.

    Great to see everyone starting out the year with a workout!

    Pistols on 15″ box – need practice (esp. weaker right leg)
    Pull ups with black band
