    3:16 slower than previous PR doing anchored abmat situps.

    Second wod after doing row/bench wod about an hour earlier…not too thrilled about time. Aaron set pace today which was good.

    Had to stop several times during second round of running to argue with Mr. Pukie. Slowed me down quite a bit but was entirely preventable: I’d had an egg, some fruit, some almonds, and two cups of coffee just an hour before Michael. Not advisable.

    Previous times: 30:39 April | 35:17 December | 46:20 November

  7. Felt sluggish today — 20:09 with abmat.
    Couldn’t find record of last time to compare.
    Need to do GHDs next time.
